I'm sorry to be asking so many stupid questions. I have a return form but the print is so tiny i can't read some of it. Is the shipping 5% of the subtotal? With a magnifying glass that's what i think it says. So 5 percent of the 89.00 for Felicity's shipping?

I belive it is actually 5% of the difference you pay. When I exchanged for Denver, I paid around $1.80 shipping.

Yes, It's 5% of the subtotal--a very good deal on shipping! (So, if you were making an even exchange, shipping would be free!) I think it's because theoretically if AG had had everything perfect, there wouldn't need to be an exchange at all, so you don't have to pay much shipping, if any.

I just wish the return forms were printed in black, instead of that low-contrast gray--so hard to read the fine print!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I don't have a printer to print the web version, and it makes it really hard to copy on a copy machine. I had to try it 3 times before I found a contrast setting on the machine that would copy the text

Yeah..... What I did was keep the window of the order form open on my computer so that I could read it. That helped LOTS!!!!!
